Goal
Design a simple, controlled and trust-building travel planning experience — where every decision is taken one step at a time and users always feel in charge of their journey.
Focus areas
Problem
Planning a trip means juggling too many apps, too many decisions — all at the same time.
Fragmented booking
Flights and hotels are booked separately through different channels — with no single place to see the full picture.
Too many decisions at once
Users are forced to compare options across price, dates, cancellation and availability simultaneously.
Constant app-switching
The back-and-forth between flight apps, hotel sites and notes creates friction and leads to abandoned bookings.
Target User
Meet Aylin — organised, busy, and tired of scattered tabs.

“I don't want to deal with them separately — knowing I can book flight and hotel together gives me confidence and speed.”

Design
One app. Every step
of your trip.
Homepage — Where to begin?
The homepage guides users to the right starting point. The Flight + Hotel package is surfaced as the recommended option — making the best choice the most obvious one.
Package Selection — Control, not overwhelm
Users can choose to start with flights or hotels — adapting to different planning habits. Each package tier is clearly laid out so the decision feels natural, not technical.

Hotel Selection — One decision at a time
Each screen focuses on a single choice. Hotels, rooms and amenities are clearly compared — with price and cancellation policy visible upfront.

Payment & Success — No surprises
Before paying, users see a complete summary of their trip. The flow closes with a confident, clear success state — everything in one place.

What this work shows
Complex multi-service booking can feel calm, controlled and effortless.
- Flight + hotel treated as one seamless package
- Decision load reduced step by step
- Users feel in control throughout the journey
- Experience closes with clarity and confidence
